Kirsty Hendey

Head Coach

Kirsty is a performance coach and competitive hybrid athlete with over 8 years of experience across endurance racing, HYROX and strength-based competition.

She has competed in multiple HYROX World Championships globally, achieved a 1:06 Pro Doubles finish with a podium placement in her age group, and taken on elite endurance challenges including a 250km ultramarathon in Sri Lanka, a cross-channel relay swim from France to England, and an Ironman 70.3 in Australia.

As a Level 3 Certified Personal Trainer, Kirsty combines real-world racing experience with structured, science-led coaching to help her clients perform at their best.

She has coached hundreds of athletes through HYROX races, endurance events, and body recomposition journeys, helping them improve performance, build confidence, and achieve results they didn’t think were possible.

Her coaching goes beyond just programming, she works closely with every client to understand their goals, remove their limitations, and guide them through the process with clarity, structure and ongoing support.

Whether it’s your first race or you’re chasing a podium finish, Kirsty’s approach is built around helping you show up confident, prepared, and ready to perform.

Chelsea Ribeiro

HYROX Coach

Chelsea is a leading HYROX coach known for her blend of elite athletic background and deep performance knowledge. With a foundation in high-level middle-distance running and a Doctorate in Physiotherapy, she brings a science-based, athlete-focused approach to training.

Since moving from the track to the HYROX arena, Chelsea has competed in over 10 races globally and earned her place at the 2025 HYROX World Championships in both the Pro Women’s Solo and Doubles categories. Her personal bests, 1:03:39 (Open Solo), 56:37 (Mixed Doubles), and 1:08:23 (Pro Solo), demonstrate her consistency and competitiveness at the top level of the sport.

As a coach, Chelsea helps athletes build the strength, speed, and endurance needed to thrive in HYROX.
